Connecting an email account to send Invoice /menu which is not listed in SOUS Connected Apps
This article provides information on how to link your SOUS account with an email service providers which is not listed in SOUS .
- Navigate to the My Account page in SOUS (Accessed via the profile dropdown).
- Click Connected Apps
- Select Other Email
Update Server Name and Port field. Each Email service provider has its own Server name and port values.
Server & Port details can be obtained by searching in Google. If you are not able get this, we recommend to get in touch with your Email Service Provider support team.
- Enter your Display Name, Email address & Password.
- Click Save
- Click Send Test Email
- Enter an email address & click Send to ensure a succesfull connection .
If you are still unable to connect your account and send a successful test email please contact support by submitting a help ticket.
