Enter your Google email and password (or just your password, if you're already logged in to Google).
Click the Get Started button.
Add a phone number that Google can send the six-digit verification code to. (Do Not use a Google Voice number if you have one: If you use that phone number, you might end up locked out of your account.)
Click Send.
Verify your phone number by entering in the six-digit code Google sent you.
Click Next.
You may be asked to choose whether or not to add your current computer as a trusted device — select Yes if this is your own personal device, or choose No if it's a shared device.
Confirm that you wish to turn on two-step verification by clicking Turn On.
Google will send your phone a six-digit code for any app that uses Google's web interface to authenticate your account.
Under "Signing in to Google", select App Passwords.
You may need to sign in. If you don't have this option, it may be because:
2-Step Verification is not set up for your account.
2-Step Verification is only set up for security keys.
Your account is through work, school, or other organization.
You turned on Advanced Protection.
Even after ensuring the above, if the App Password option is still missing, navigate to App Password by clicking here
At the bottom, choose Select app and choose Other (Custom Name).
5. Type in "SOUS" > Click Generate.
6. Copy the App Password
(It is the 16-character code in the yellow bar on your device.)
7. Tap Done.

Navigate to Settings page in SOUS by clicking profile icon at the top right corner of screen.
Select Connect Email Account.
Follow the steps until you enter your email address and App password.
Paste the 16-character code you copied into the App password field.
Click Next.
Send a Test Email to confirm it is working.
Please be aware that updating the password for your business Gmail account will reset all of your Gmail account's app passwords, which will cause the connection between your business email account and your SOUS account to break and you will have to configure the connection again.
